Champion of Security Technology Award 2008
Bosch Security Systems’ Modular Fire Panel 5000 Series has won the Polish Champion of Security Technology Award 2008. The award is granted by POLALARM, the Polish Association of Producers, Designers and Fitters of Alarm Systems.

At the International Security, Safety and Fire Exhibition (SICUR) held at Feria de Madrid, the Professional Series was also selected for inclusion within the Security category of the exhibition’s ‘Gallery of New Products.’
In 2008, Plena Voice Alarm received the Frost and Sullivan "Market Leadership in the European Voice Alarm Market" award.
Bosch’s hemi-directional loudspeaker system received the award in the Alarm & Detection category. The prestigious award is presented annually by the global security magazine Detektor International in recognition of products that meet the criteria of outstanding innovation and outstanding contribution to developments in the security industry.
Bosch Security Systems today announced that Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting organisation, has awarded the company its 2007 Video Surveillance Emerging Technology of the Year Award. Bosch’s Direct-to-iSCSI RAID recording solution received the award because of its value to customers and IT personnel and its competitiveness against the networked video recorder (NVR).

The German Design Council is organised as a non-profit making foundation with, over 130 members from the fields of business, design, associations and institutions. In 2006 the German Design Council honored the Smoke Detector 500 Series as a German Design Award “Nominee”.
The Security Industry Association’s New Product Showcase is an internationally-recognized promotion and awards program. In 2006, the Smoke Detector 500 Series Conventional Version was conferred the “Product Innovation Award for Fire Detection/ Prevention” by the Security Industry Association (SIA).
The Panel of Judges of the 7th Detektor International Award gave the following motivation for selecting Professional Serie as the winning product:

Competitive Strategy Leadership Award in the European Social Alarms Market
The DinionXF Day/ Night Camera has won the “NSCA Innovations in Technology” Award 2005 for its outstanding innovative performance, which is conferred by the National Systems Contractors Association.
The magazine EC&M consigned its Product of the Year Award in the Category “Security Equipment & Systems” to the Videojet 10 single-channel MPEG-4 digital video encoder/ decoder.
The “Perfect 10” Awards of the magazine Consulting-Specifying Engineer (CSE) has been a two-part product-of-the-year 2005 competition, in which a selection of that year’s new products had been chosen by a panel of expert judges for ultimate consideration by CSE's readers to determine award winners. The Videojet 1000 won the award in the category “Communications/ Security”.
The DVR4C high-performance digital video recorder was selected by the editors of the magazine Security Sales & Integration among the best products exhibited at the exhibitions ISC East in New York August 24-25 and ASIS International Expo in Orlando, September 12-15 2005.

The iF product design award is one of the world’s three leading design awards.
In 2002, the Praesideo Network Controller won the iF Design Award for its outstanding design and quality. The award is symbol of Bosch’s commitment to innovation and meeting application requirements.
